Only the soft parts of the tongue are used.The crispy texture is followed by an amazing amount of juice.

[2] Japanese Black Beef Aitchbone Steak

This is a rare cut of thigh meat that can only be obtained in small amounts at the tip.It has a soft, sweet and fragrant taste.

[3] Japanese Black Beef Zabuton

Zabuton is a rare cut of shoulder loin.It is characterized by beautiful marbling.It has no excess fat and just melts in your mouth.
