Only the soft parts of the tongue are used.The crispy texture is followed by an amazing amount of juice.
[2] Premium Kuroge Wagyu Beef Kalbi
We use high-quality cuts of kalbi that have a clean texture, little sinew and plenty of fat.
[3] Japanese Black Beef Aitchbone
This is a rare cut of thigh meat that can only be obtained in small amounts at the tip.It has a soft, sweet and fragrant taste.
[4] Japanese Black Beef Kainomi
It has a good balance of lean meat and fat, and the meat is extremely tender.
