[1] Thick-cut premium tongue steak
Only the tender parts of the tongue are used for the steaks.
[2] Rare cut: Aitchbone steak
This steak is made from a rare cut of thigh meat, of which only a small amount is available at the tip.
It has a soft, sweet and fragrant taste.
[3] Large-sized Wagyu rib-eye steak
A5 grade Japanese black beef rib roast steak (150g)
Enjoy its fine texture, softness, and refined sweet flavor.
[4] Grilled Japanese Black Beef Sirloin Shabu-Shabu
Enjoy A5 grade Japanese Black Beef sirloin lightly seared on both sides and grilled as shabu-shabu.
